Something that I would love to do in a year or 2 after the league is more established, and members get to know each other more, is to try and get a large group together and go to a race. I'm sure there are some travel companies that give group discount rates. The one company we used a couple of years ago, Premier Sports Travel only gives a 5% discount to groups of 30 or more. They provided a real good service when we went to the Pepsi 400 in 2003. The hard part would be selecting a track that we could get the most people to go to.
Well, just food for thought. Maybe someday we could make it a reality.
Now Vegas would be a cool spot...Plenty of rooms and airlines are always running specials to get you to go out there. It's not the south so tickets wouldn't be too hard to get.
