JJR lost his crown? 1st that can only happen sometime in November when a new champ is crowned. 2nd JJR has picked the race winner in 12 of the last 15 races. JJR has 9 top 10's in the last 11 races. Look at the points and the standings and the only reason JJR is not at the top is he has used ZERO Superstars in his picks. (Yes Carl Edwards is not a superstar). While JJR has used guys like Kvapil and Kyle Busch, Our leader Gasit has already used Gordon, Kenseth, Martin and Kurt B. Pappys have used Stewart , Harvick and Gordon. Intim has only used Kenseth but still a top driver. Crazy has used JJ and Gordon while Jeff Joe has used Kurt and Tony.
So when it comes chase time JJR will be getting double points for Gordon and JJ and Jr we shall see where JJR ends up....
I guess a few bad finishes will do that to a person.
And remember what other team up there has been very conservative with his superstar picks..... The third place team who will be much more competitive this year.
JJR, you do get all riled up easy. but, with that being said, I certainly haven't counted you out......check my article....i gave you the best odds for a reason, you know when to use your picks and you haven't gone to the Superstar bank yet like alot of the rookie teams.
I share your's and the Prez's philosophy on using the best drivers in the Chase, but no one more than me realizes, you have to first make it into the Chase. you're not in danger yet, but its a long way away.
