I was close with how many people would pick Jr, but off on the superstrack pick. More people picked Waltrip as superstar. Could be that's because a lot of people used him already.
37 teams picked Jr, 8 as the superstar
So basicly if Jr. does poor, it wont make a difference for mostly everyone.
21 teams picked Waltrip, 10 as the superstar
30 teams picked Gordon, only 1 as the superstar, that would be Jeff Burton Racing
12 teams picked Johnson, nobody as the superstar.
And as for our polesitter...
20 people picked Harvick, only 2 as the superstar... Jeffjoeracing and the prez! Go Harvick!
So yeah, DEI is far in the field, however.. it's Talladega, come on... You'd be silly to count out Waltrip and Earnhardt here. They will be up near the front no matter where they start. The only thing that would hurt is if a big crash happened early on. They may want to hang around the back for while and use pitstop strategies to get up front.
