i know there is like 19 eligible to play in the All-Star as of right now.....how many are signing up for the Money Option to see who wins?

Just to clarify.... Even if those teams that are not eligible for the all star race, they can still partake in the cash challenge. Those teams will be competing against each other for the prize regardless if they are in or not... the points earned will still be the same.
