and take the Shell/Pennzoil sponsership with him.....I don't see RCR letting him do that.

RCR held off on starting a 4th team for awhile and I bet he kinda wishes he never did. They have struggled so badly this year. I don't see how RCR would allow Shell/Pennzoil to leave. I'd be shocked though if Harvick stayed for the 2010 season.
