Doesn't sound good. Noticed several in Busch standings page. How do you get one?

Provisionals are the times that you missed sending your picks in. You're still entered in the race but you only get half the points and have to use your picks from the previous week.

Well you can't miss 3 times in a row or you will be dismissed. We never really set a maximum amount of times that you can miss them.
