Why do the Nextell teams have 3 digit car numbers when there are only 43 teams in the League? And will the Busch League ever have Car numbers .

Car #'s are 3 digits so they are not the same as regular Cup cars. I'm sure everyone would be fighting over the #8, #24 etc...
Teams that were in the league in the first year start with 1. Teams That joined this year start with 2. Teams for next year will start with 3, etc.
Busch teams don't have car #'s because cars aren't being created for the Busch teams.
