The league council has agreed that the maximum amount of times a team can miss sending their picks in is 5 times during the season. After the 4th time, a letter will be sent to that member warning them that they will be removed from the league the next time they miss out. The 3 consecutive race rule will still be in effect as well.

We have many teams in the Busch league that would love to get in and I'm sure they would send their picks in each week.
