Yes its true! Kerry will pilot the #99 for M. Waltrip at Daytona in the Busch race coming up in July. He earned the spot by finishing 5th in the same car at Dega earlier this year.(#98?)

kerry ......................im undecided how i feel bout him yet but clint bowyer he is climbin in my fave list hed wreck himself before he runs into sum1 unlike tony stewart nascar shuld send stewart a wake up call and same with joe gibbs tony said if the car gets wrecked it makes no difference to him cumon joe thats y i dont like gibbs
but i have the same problem about Kerry. I want to root for him everytime he gets in a vehicle, but he lets me down alot. I know he has to have quality equipment, but you have to show you have talent as well. bottom line = jury's still out with me.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't medium e put Kerry in some very nice cars? Kerry's driving skill obviously ran down momma's leg. His sister drives better. His son has a win.

back when all three, (dale, kerry, and kelly) were all running the ARCA series together in the Western Steer cars, Kelly consistantly beat them both. It definately shows that Kerry did not grow up around the racetrack.
