My wife was served a summons today to appear in court over that rear ending we got the other week. Apprently the owner of the business that owns the truck that hit us is saying that we were careless driving. Ummm... we weren't even driving, we were parked at a red light. Well we're picking up the police report and going to the attorney.. Levinson & Axelrod tomorrow.
I couldn't believe it when he said we were recklessly driving... too funny.
Well we found out from someone that he's just doing it to protect himself somehow... I don't know, let the attorney worry about it.
Good thing we didnt let him fix my car. One of my coworkers knows of the palce, had to car fixed there years ago and he windows wound up getting all smashed somehow.
