This weekend I will send an email out for everyone to join the new Yahoo Group. I have already created the group but will wait until Saturday to give everyone the group ID. That way it gives everyone a fair shot to get into the first group. First come, first serve.
Like last year, whoever doesn't make the first group will have the opportunity to get into the 2nd group.
This is our 4th season of running the group on Yahoo. Last year's champion is Ed Blackman. By winning the championship, Ed earned himself a spot on this year's LROC team. This year's winner will win a spot on the 2011 team. You'll also receive a trophy on your page if you are in the Cup or Nationwide series.
The group fills up quickly, so don't hesitate to join up. A group can only hold 50 members. Last year the demand forced us to create a 2nd group and we'll be creating a 2nd once this year once again.
There are still 4 more open spots for whoever wants them. There doesn't seem to be the hot demand to get into the Yahoo league this year, so we will probably just run the one group. However, now that we are in February, people are getting geared up for the season so we might see a big surge these next couple of weeks.
