Well I participated in a mock draft the other day, and it works like this :

We have 200$ for 15 players. (in a standart league)

The order isn't important, the first player nominate a player, and then everyone can bid on this player, and of course, the player who bid the most wins the player.

then the second player nominate the player of his choice and it advances like this until every teams are full.

And just to give you an idea, here's the team that I had in the mock draft,

13. Montario Hardesty (Cle - RB) $1

So 200$ is enough to build a competitive team.

It takes about 2 hours. But dont forget that you can leave at anytime, and this draft is less boring than the traditionnal one, because you are always involve

What T.O. does all depends on if Palmer stays healthy

Even if Palmer stays healthy, T.O. won't be a trustworthy pick, I agree with you that his numbers will be better than what he did last year (it won't be too hard to beat) but the reality is that we are playing in a 8 teams league, so it means that there are a bunch of good receivers still available. And I'm pretty sure these unowned receivers will put up better numbers than T.O. so after a couple of weeks, you'll drop Terrell Ocho-Uno for a guy like Devin Aromashodu.
