When you get right down to it, these are the drivers that Super G must pass to make the chase. I see this as very doable. All 4 will probably wreck at least once in the next 5 races. Also I will be putting the ole "monkey dusting" on these guys the rest of the way! Super G will still make the Chase.

Speedy its going to be sooooo close....That Richmond race is going to be a real treat to watch this year especially if Gordon needs to be in the top 3 to make it. Of course the race is on my father's Bday and might have to disappear to a tv ever now and then just to see it.

Speedy, you sure know how to pick'em! Sadler crashed, Jarret ran out of fuel. Now, I believe Jeff has to take care of his stuff to make the chase.
i hope you are right that G-man does make it today didn't help much.I turned the race off what happened to kyle bush,he was winning when i turned the tv off and now i see he finished dead last
Well, two down! DJ and Edwards are next!! Maybe a little help from Super G's friends putting these guys in the wall...if they don't do it theirself! LOL Still think Super G will make the Chase.

Gordon was extremely lucky at Michigan. His car was crap all day long and he should have finished around 30th place instead of 15th. He was just lucky the fuel mileage situation worked in his favor. Unfortunately the opposite worked for Jr. He had a top 10 car all day long, but since he had to top off at the end, he was relegated back to 18th place.
Gordon better be really good at Bristol and Richmond, because if he bombs out at California like he nearly did this weekend, he won't make it. Same with Jr, although his situation is a lot worse.
well if G makes the chase to be honest i Wouldnt be surprised he hasnt won any races this year except for a shorttrack and 2 restrictor plate races. So obviously he can run on short tracks this year possibly he'll have two more wins before the chase catapulting him in. Even if he does horrible at california i think he can jump into the chase but if he makes it he'll be ninth or tenth
What I don't understand about Sunday's race is this. How come teams, once they reached their pit window, didn't come in for tires and fuel and race their way back to the front? Roush left all his drivers out there durning the last caution and it cost him at then end.
