Sterling Marlin is with his father who is hospitalized in serious condition as he battles lung cancer. David Stremme will race the #40 car on Sunday in place of Marlin.
Since this was a last minute replacement and not revealed until after the deadline, any team who picked Marlin will receive Stremme's points.
I don't think his previous finishes indicate how he runs there.......he just always seems to have bad luck at the end either engine/trans., wreck or fuel mileage. He does know how to get around that course though. And I didnt even pick him.
