Anyone want to write up chase predictions?

I've been meaning to write up some predicitions about the chase for the championship but just can't find the time. It's been nuts here at work, plus I still have the regular updates to do.


So anyone interested in writing up predicitions for either our chase or NASCAR's chase? Where do you think the drivers will rank at the end of the season? I know asking people to write up news stories for the site is like pulling teeth, but can't hurt to ask.

I like Johnson(of course) with Kurt and Matt chasing for second.

Here is my prediction of how they will finish in the chase:


1. Tony Stewart (Even when he cools off, he's still hot...)


2. Kurt Busch (Getting back on track again but wont be able to get by Stewart)


3. Greg Biffle (Already having his best year, but will come just shy of winning it all)


4. Jimmie Johnson (Struggling just a bit now but will pick it up in the middle 3-4 races)


5. Matt Kenseth (On fire now but will start to cool off a bit in the final few races)


6. Mark Martin (Expect to see Martin back next year especially after finishing in the chase)


7. Rusty Wallace (Rusty will go out on top of his game but will be unable to finish in the top 5)


8. Ryan Newman (He's trying to get NASCAR to give points for poles.... nice try Ryan!)


9. Carl Edwards (So is he going to backflip off the stage in New York?)


10. Jeremy Mayfield (Like last year, won't make much noise in the chase, but is just happy to be there)


There's my predicition. Now you can wait until Homestead and laugh at me.

Lou in the write up you say Roush only one with more than one driver. What about the 12 and 2? You lucky bast!rd getting those tickets for Dover. Give Jr. a boot in the ass for me. Have a great weekend

Oh yeah, forgot about them. I hardly ever think of them as teammates since they don't act like it.
