Gary Wheat received two gifts this past weekend on the road course races. First, he was successful in both races after picking Marcos Ambrose and Ron Fellows. It extended his Cup streak to 4 weeks and Nationwide streak to 2 weeks. He gained 45 points for the week which was the high score.

His other gift was that points leader Ray Perrotta did not submit any picks for the first time this season. This allowed Gary to move past him and take the lead by 17 points. He'll now look to pull away from him in the upcoming weeks.

Terry Howell and Greg Eichele each tied for the 2nd most weeks this week with 33. Terry has a 2 week streak in both series while Greg has a 1 week Cup streak and 2 week NW streak.

It was a mixed bag this week in terms of success in the races. 7 members were successful in both races while 6 members were succesful in at least one of the 2 races. Only 1 member struck out in both.
