Lucky Dog Racing offers its condolences to the family of Dan Wheldon who unfortunately passed away after a horrible accident in the final Indy car race of the season. RIP Dan Wheldon
I was watching this race today and saw the accident live as it happened. It was one of the worst accidents that I have ever seen in a race. I feel for his family and his team. Indy racing is so much more dangerous than NASCAR racing because of that open ****pit. Hopefully like after the death of Dale Earnhardt, some major safety upgrades will be implemented into the cars.
RIP DAN WHELDON...Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Wheldon family. Ditto on what Lou posted....safety must come first.
