A number of seasons ago the league announced that the Nationwide series could expand by 2 players each season until the league hit the max of 54 players. The past number of seasons was not necessary because we had a big enough turn around to allow new players in.

Last season there was some changes but at the end of the year, there would be just 2 rookies starting the 2012 season. Therefore I have expanded the field to 47 players. Brian Blair has already accepted the invitation, I'm just waiting to hear back from Neal Summers.

The players page has been updated for the 2012 season along with the schedule. There are 33 races for the upcoming season, so there will be 11 races in each claimjumper segment.
