some specs on the 'Car of Tomorrow':


'COT - 'Car of Tomorrow' info: from an 2004 Totally NASCAR episode [was on Fox Sports Net, no longer on-air], a chart was posted with dome specs on the COT or Car of the Future:
Greenhouse 2" higher and window opening 4" wider
Center point of driver moved 4 1/2" to the right.
Bumpers - front, raised; rear, lowered
and one that is quite cool:
LED Scoring on the car - shown in the side/rear window behind the driver.(8-28-2004)

That's fine by me.............Truck races are consistently better than the Cup races anyway.


The whole point was to make them less aero-dependant along with driver safety reevaluated.
