For the first triple race weekend since the start of the season, we see a big shakeup at the top and all throughout the standings. After leading for the past several weeks, Ron Blackman struggles with only one successful pick in the Cup series and drops from the lead all the way down to 6th place.
Lou Demian takes over the top spot with the top score of 79 points for the week. He was successful in all three series thanks to picks of Kenseth, Allgaier and Buescher.
The 2nd place score was ted by Cup teammates Greg Miller and Kevin Sullivan with 75 points each. Greg moves up to 2nd place and is now 23 points behind Lou. Kevin moves up 6 spots to 4th place. Dean Higley is in third place after getting the 4th highest score of the week with 66 points.
