RTI is pleased to announce that Paul Scannell will be joining the RTI team for the 2013 season. Paul finished 9th in the standings this past year, highlighted by 2 wins and rookie of the year honors. Paul's addition to a team that consists of Dean Higley (Reigning Cup Champion), Jose Rodriguez (9 top 10's in 19 starts) and myself puts RTI into position to win back the team championship. RTI wishes all teams best of luck in 2013...because you're gonna need it!

If Jose keeps doing what he started and i can find a little consistancy along with the proven record of Stephen and Dean RTI will bring home a championship.
