Football Cool Pool:
The Football Cool Pool Post Season begins in just 5 days!! We have plenty of room left, and are looking for many new players. The total cost is $5 per player, with money paid out to the two players who advance into the Superbowl (Top 2). The rules for the post season were posted today, so be sure to check out the site ( www.thecoolpool.com/football). The 7 full time players in the Football Cool Pool will have first dibbs on the 16 spots available, and all other spots are left wide open for outside players who are interested in joining up for the post season. Sign ups are due by Midnight Friday night (January 6th). Remember, you do not have to be a Football Cool Pool player to join.
 
Also, another pool I hope most of you get involved with... the Superbowl Pool. It will be the same as the past two seasons and we hope to give out $275 to the winners. There will be more updates about this later this month.
 
NASCAR Cool Pool:
It's 2006 and all NASCAR fans are thinking the same thing...only 47 days until the Daytona 500!  The 2006 Chase for the NASCAR Cool Pool Championship is ready to roll and best news of all, the Pool will be FREE to those who do not wish to pay!  I appreciate everyone's valuable opinion at the end of last year. However, if anyone would like to donate to the prize fund, it will be happily accepted, and hey, who knows, you may win lots of money! I am still waiting for a lot of people to let me know they are playing next season. Right now I have about 17 players who will be in the Nextel Cup pool, and about 10 who have said they will be in the Truck Series pool. If you are not on the list, or are not sure if you're on the list, please let me know again, or for the first time you will be playing. We are also looking for many NEW players as well! Let people know about the pool!!
