RCR and Stewart-Haas will be the main focus of silly season. Already known that Harvick will move over to RCR. I can see Newman moving to RCR to take over the #29. Don't forget that Austin Dillon is going to be racing there as well, so either Burton is out or RCR is going to 4 full time cars.
Kurt Busch still wants a more elite team but right now I can't see any open seats, except maybe at Earnhardt-Ganassi racing. His team is finally clicking now, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him stay there another year.
Burton claims he will be back with RCR in 2014. I don't see Austin staying in Nationwide and I also don't see RCR expanding to 4 cars. Also I think Kurt will have no choice but to stay in the 78 next year.
