For the past several weeks Al Allison has been chasing down Janet Sebern and now at Talladega he finally is able to pass her. Janet missed with all three of picks while Al was successful in 2 out of three. He stretched his Truck streak to 8 weeks, one week shy of the season record. He scored 63 points, tied for the largest total this week. Al now leads Janet by 30 points in the standings.

Dean Higley was the other player who scored 63 points, he was also successful in 2 out of the three series. He holds in 4th place but closes in closer to Lou Demian in third.

Lou had the third most points this week with 44 and was also successful in 2 out of three.

Nobody found successful in all three series this week but that's typical of Talladega.
