Congratulations to Al Allison who has just sealed himself the championship at Homestead. Al scored a total of 80 points after successfully picking in the Xfinity and Truck series. Al extended his Truck streak to 9 weeks which is the longest streak this season. His Xfinity streak is 3 weeks, it didn't matter to much that he missed with his Cup streak. What's even better for Al, Janet Sebern missed with all three of her picks and scored zero points. That means Al is 122 points ahead of Janet and it's now impossible for her to catch him.
Al Allison is your 2022 Streak to the Finish Champion and it's the first time that he is able to win the championship. Al is already at 1220 points and has beaten the last two champions. He won't be able to beat Ray Perrotta in 2019 though.
This is the 2nd championship that Al has won in Lucky Dog Racing, he also won the 2017 Xfinity Series championship. For his winnings, he will get a $25.00 Amazon gift card and will be offered a spot on next year's LROC team.
Second place is still up for grabs as Lou Demian sits 51 points behind Janet.
Al also has a chance to bring at least one streak to 10 weeks for the longest in the series this year if he can extend his streak at Phoenix.
