Lots of low scores again at Texas since there were only 3 people with successful picks in the Cup race. One of those was Eldon Daughenbaugh who scored the most points this week with a total of 55. Eldon had both race winners, Byron and Nemechek and gains 2 spots in the standings to enter the top 5 at 5th place.

Ron Blackman finished in 2nd place with 35 points after Hamlin and Hill. He gained one spot moving to 14th place.

In 3rd it was cup series winner Dean Higley with 29 points. He holds in 3rd place, gaining just a little bit of ground on Stephen DiCaprio in 2nd. Dean is now 72 points behind Ray Perrotta for the lead.
