 Note to Mets: teams in your rear view mirror are closer than they appear!! Whats up with the Mets draining their farm system for washed-up pitchers? Man, talk about desparate! LOL

Who needs a farm system when you play in New York?  The farm system is simply all the small market teams- Kansas City, Florida, Pittsburgh, etc.

 Ah grasshoppa..you've obviously never heard of "Da Braves". Francouer, Macann,Davies are just a few currently play for Atlanta,(Opps forgot Laroach.lol). Atlanta's farm is always loaded.

baseball again? too soon too soon...after the all star break then we can talk baseball. Still watching this playoff hockey...Good stuff....not to mention that Sam's Summer Ale is back on the shelf which always makes mouths very happy.

I'm all right...I have them dropping off a 55 gallon drum of sunscreen tomorrow. Pool is nice to jump in when you wake up in the morning and evening after moving these boxes all day. No bites yet on the house but very soon.

Those "Washed up" pitchers seem to be doing pretty good for the Mets.


One run in seven innings for Alex Soler in his first start on the road against the Dodgers.


Meanwhile, Atlanta's veteran pitchers are struggling.... what is it, 5 losses in a row now?


Those teams in the rear-view mirror don't seem to be catching up just yet do they?


So when exactly is Atlanta supposed to get good? Everyone says they start slow, but here we are in June and they are still under .500.
