Looking at the latest penalty over in the Busch Series, one wonders what if something like that happened in the final race of the season? What if there's an extremely tight points battle that goes into the final race. If the champion is found to have illegal changes to his car after the race.... what happens then?

After all the celebrations and media coverage is NASCAR going to dock him 25 or 50 points and then take away the championship?
