Is it just me or is he getting worse every week......if you look at the tape of him "bumping" kenseth.....hes out of the gas, then right after kenseth slows he punches the throttle!.....then in his interview he practically says he did it on purpose..."well, we need a win and im gonna do just bout anything to get it".........and so what if kenseth ran out of feul a cupple laps later...there was still a caution that ended up changing the outcome...kenseth also got a car tore up because of it......NOW ON TO LAST WEEK:...did anyone else catch it when gordon bump drafted Stewart in the MIDDLE of the CORNER....then later hes screamin that jr. is a frickin idiot for bumpin at the end of the straightaway.....NOW ON TO NBC/TNT:.....whats the deal you hypocrits.....i mean, you say that its wrong for the fans to throw beer cans at jeffs car when he wins by dumpin kenseth, i think there would have been a few less cans if he won CLEANLY....TNT/NBC is saying, throwin cans is bad becuz then thats all the media will talk about, well, maybe next time if you dont mention it, a few less people will notice..........Sincerely, Mr. Cant wait for ESPN/ABC
Exactly the reason why I can't stand Gordon. He is the the biggest hypocrite whiner the sport has ever seen. He can't stand when someone tries to do it to him.... But when he does it and spins someone out.... Oh, I just needed a win and I had no problem moving someone out of my way. Here are his post race comments:
The aggressive Gordon showed no remorse, saying that Kenseth should have anticipated the bump from behind. “Matt needs to take into consideration how hungry we are right now. We are out of the Chase, he's solidly in the Chase, and we haven't won here,” Gordon said. “Today as far as I'm concerned, I mean, I was definitely being aggressive, and when it came down with five to go, he should have expected if I could get to his bumper, there was going to be some action. One, because of what happened in Bristol - I'm not saying I was going to wreck him, but you'd better believe I was going to make life difficult on him. And number two, it's because we're hungry. We need to win, we need momentum and we need to get that in that Chase.”
Gordon easily could have passed Kenseth clean but he chose to spin him out.... why? Because he wanted to make life more difficult for Kenseth???
I hope someone makes life more difficult for him and rams that trophy up his ass.
It's all good.... he's gonna have what's coming to him sooner or later I'm sure. I hope all those drivers trying to get into the chase run him into the wall to try and get that 10th spot away from him.
Do any of you even see yourselves? You're wicked jealous because now Gordon has won more races this season than Jr. Uht oh. Whenever Gordon wins, ya'll get angry and have to vent. Whatever, all that matters is that Gordon is back, and you guys are just scared.
The only reason I am mad.... I didn't pick him in any pool this weekend.
LOL I'm jealous because Gordon has one more win that Jr. has so far this year? Jealous because he had to spin someone out because he is so desperate to make the chase? Jealous because he is hopelessly clinging on to that final 10th spot???? LOL.... oh yeah, I am soooooo jealous of rainbow boy. hahahahahah..... too funny.
Gordon's back yeah.... back to his old whining ways and dirty driving style. You can't say that about Jr. this year, in fact Jr. has gained a lot of respect from the media, the drivers and the fans this year from his performance and actions on the track this year. I have even seen Jr. haters give him a kudos on the board this year.
There's nothing to be jealous about there.
And Please..... it's not just Jr. fans that hate that pansy. Gordon better watch himself, he's gonna be a marked man for these final races before the chase.
There were 43 people in Chicagoland yesterday that would have dumped their grandmother for that win.
Could Gordon have let off? Yup.
Could Kenseth have blocked him? Yup.
If it was someone else would Gordon have backed off a little? Probably.
If it was the middle of the race instead of the end would Gordon have let off? Probably.
Would Kenseth have dumped Gordon for the win in the same situation? I hope so.
Am I Gordon's biggest fan? Hell no. I don't really care for him because he has always been so squeeky clean. What Gordon did was legal and he came home with the big check and the trophy. Jr got 5th. (Am I allowed to say who got 5th in the LD Cup pool?).
actually, there were only about 30 maybe 35 guys that would dump somone like gordon did.....Bobby and Terry Labonte would have raced clean as always, along with guys like clint bowyer maybe, uh, jamie mac mite not have dumped him, scott riggs, ryan newman in most cases, schrader, blaney, burton, most of those guys would not have dumped someone like gordon did, if you look at one replay....you can clearly see as gordon get up near kenseth he lets of the gas, you can see the flame on the right side tailpipe.....then as gordon runs into him he punches the gas and rams kenseth, then in the interview gordon basically says he did it on purpose....NASCAR is losing a hell of a lot of respect from myself with this crap they keep doin.....if they arent careful there will be mutiny, it happened in indy car seriesa little while back, there will be owners like roush that do not like the rules, and try to split off....the new rule about the 4 car teams is sumthing that nascar really has no right of doing, roush is out there making money from this, i garuntee he doesnt get rid of a team, he will just put it under someone elses name and get his cash under the table.....NOW BACK TO JR.....i dont really like him all that much either, specially since the deal at infineon, i only saw the replay one time so im not real sure what happened, but anyways, i dont dislike gordon because i like jr.....i dislike gordon because i dislike gordon, has nuthing to do with how much he wins or who his fans are, he could have hitler and osama behind him and wouldnt really care...i dont like him because of his driving style and how he expects everyone to let him win and get out of his way....gordon could have easily passed kenseth cleanly and i would not have been sitiing here writing this about him, in my mind gordon will always have 1 win less than the records say....i will be pretty upset if nascar GIVES him this win, he should be move to right behind kenseth or last car on the lead lap....if i was out there at the track i would have jumped the fence and slammed a beer can on gordons windshield or inside his helmet......if and when matt kenseth gets him back, im not so sure kenseth is that kind of driver but if he does, it will be an awesome day, what he should do is wait till the chase, and if he gets wrecked or is running horrible, "accidently" slide up into gordon and slam him into the wall, preferbly when nobody else is around them so he doesnt ruin anyone elses day............why do i feel like i am rambling on?....im even considering changin my team name to GHA Motorsports.....Gordon Haters of America
Next time you are at a race, climb the fence and slam a beer bottle on the winner's car. We'll see how long it is before youre back on here posting again. Moron.
Kenseth was running out of gas and his car was going away. Gordon's car was coming in. Both of them wanted to win. I was in the stands watching. I saw what happened. I got home today and watched it again and again. I think Gordon did what he had to do to win. I would have done the same thing. I didn't think that yesterday, but now I do.
I'm sorry your Labontes would have sat back on their hands and taken 2nd like a whipped puppy, but any real race car driver would have tried to pass for the win. If it means bumping someone, oh well. Richard Petty, David Pearson, Bobby Allison, Darrell Waltrip, Dale Earnhardt, Jeff Gordon, Cale Yarborough. All champions. All bumped their way to wins.

Dude, I think I lost my vision trying to read this rambling post. Either edit down the material or use some paragraphing and capitalization. It only helps your argument.
Not being much of a NASCAR fan, why can't a racer be disqualified from the next race when he makes contact with another car to gain an advantage?
Lol yeah.... I would love to see you jump the fence and slam a beer car on Gordon's car...
Let's break that down... first of all it's not a little fence you can just "jump" over.... it's a massive chain fence that you have to scale. You couldn't even jump on it before security grabbed you and hauled you off.
Where are you getting beer cans anyway? How old are you again? At best maybe you could lob your juice box just over the fence... that'll make a statement.
Seriously, fans who throw stuff at NASCAR drivers and the cars have no class whatsoever and just set the sport back another 20 years.
In regards to Kenseth and Gordon.... Gordon easily could have passed him cleanly within a couple of laps. He was going to win no matter what. He was much faster than Kenseth since he made up a few seconds on him within a few laps. However he chose to run straight into the back of him and spin him out.
Well, what's done is done. One thing I'll say about Gordon, he just made the rest of the races very interesting. You know everyone is going to be watching Matt Kenseth and Jeff Gordon now. Gordon is now pulling a no holds barred attitude where he'll wreck anyone to get by them. Let's just see how other drivers react around him now. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd feel pretty nervous picking Jeff Gordon now that he's a marked man.
well, actually, Bobby would have won the race if he was in that situation, but you just wouldnt have seen an idiot spinning someone out. If you cant pass a guy cleanly, dont pass him. In most cases i dont condone fans throwing stuff at drivers, unless they are throwing it for the right reasons. If your just throwing it because you dont like the guy thats not something I would approve of. But if you throw it because the guy, in a way "cheats" to win a race then be my guest. There was absolutely NO NEED for gordon to even get close enough to take air off kenseths spoiler, Nascar should not have allowed this to happen. Next time Kenseth could be killed because gordon is HUNGRY. or someone who had been running 40th all race long could end up getting killed. I know im just one of the MANY fans that cant wait til gordon is 40......and allthough i do not like stewart I will say that he and kenseth worked really well together at Daytona, atleast stewart is mature enough to get passed stuff like that nowadays. Gordon gets worse and stewart gets a smidget better. Heck even harvick is growin up, gordon needs to get his act together
Kenseth got the bad end of a sticky situation.......when you feud with other drivers, its bound to happen. I happen to like Kenseth almost as much as Jr., but he isn't exactly a clean racer either.
Top Three drivers who drive dirty that don't get called out on it are: Kenseth, Mcmurray, Gordon.
Gordon 2 wins? Jr. 1? ...........true, but who has performed all year and now sits 3rd while the former waffles back and forth in and out of the top ten. no need to worry, he's due to fall back out shortly.
WHen has mcmurray ever driven dirty?.....i havent ever seen him drive dirty, and if he bumps someone he always apologizes.....mcmurray is a good guy......kenseth, you mess with him and he'll mess with you which i have NO PROBLEMS with. But ive never seen Kenseth bump anyone on purpose without reason.....Im sure someone will bring up bristol when he spun jeff gordon but that was obviously a mistake. He was frustrated and wasnt focused and got in the back of him. kenseth was goin to apologize when gordon shoved him too. Ive never seen kenseth or mcmurray do anything much wrong.....Now if you ask me who drives dirty and doesnt get called on it as much as they should is, tony stewart, carl edwards, jeff gordon, kurt and kyle busch, brian vickers, reed sorenson, dale jarret. MOST of these guys cant win to save their life, why be so frickin aggresive?
