Parsons with cancer.. Speedy with Hepatitis C.  Must have happened from blood transfusion from the service in the late 70's.  Bummer for Parsons and Speedy. I'll be fine with a little probing and surgery,   Benny, my prayers are with you.

The Drugs are kicking in

 Sick.nausus and just plain pissed off at the Medical Comunity are no way to spend your time. The drugs are really kicking in now. I just bought a Dale Earnhardt 1991 1:24th car for 78 bucks! I know, very un-speedy-like. Oh well, love him or hate him, he was a piece of work not to mention NA$CAR history. I guess what I'm saying is every "true" fan should have a Sr. car. He was something ...I reckon. Kinda miss ya Dale

I haven't met Benny either just seen him walking through the garage area a couple of times. Hope both you and he pull through just fine.


I was surprised you have an Earnhardt diecast.... can't say I own any Jeff Gordon ones. Although way back in '95 I had a Gordon figure with a small diecast when I "kinda" liked him for a brief time. Can't say where it is now, I think buried in my mom's basement somewhere, lol.


Yes, it's time for me to start building up My Sr. collection some more. My Jr. and Truex collections are nearly fleshed out except for a few odds and ends plus the newer diecasts coming out.


While I have a number of Earnhardt 1/24's, not anywhere close to a complete collection. I just got his Wrangler car he ran in the '99 Winston. Now I just won the Peter Max car on ebay. Have a long road to go and not nearly enough space for them. Once the large revolving diecast cabinet comes back in black at QVC, I want to pick that up and put a number of cars in there.

 Nice collection! You have to take a loan out? LOL Just got the Sr. car. It's nice.1991 with certficate. I've only got 11 1:24th cars but hundreds of matchbox size. Some are really worth some jack. (Kulwiki, D Allison in particular)


 I'll be fine (I hope) Go in the 30th to schedule sugery. No more drinking for ole Speedy though. They say the treatment is one step below chemo. Sounds fun eh. There goes my thick hair! Oh well, guess it beats the alturnitive. ( Gala) Thanks lou and William and those who have sent Emails. Its appreciated. Thanks
