As my way of protesting all the BS between what appeared to be friends and all the emails I'm now receiving I'm sitting out all races except Atlanta because I'm sick and tired of everybodies petty-arse BS. Get over it people..find a way to grow up and be adults. Can't believe I'm doing this but it's the only way I know to say stop the shyte. I hope all involved are friggin happy now. Speedy started emailing me about the conversation to the council the other night. I responded to him, in ONE email, and he is saying "all the emails I'm now receiving" influenced his decision to quit the league. And it wasn't even a bad email; It was asking him to reconsider leaving LD, because he will probably lose his position in the Cup Series for someone on the waiting list, and he has a chance at a Championship. After I sent Speedy that email, he decided to go onto TheCoolPool.com's forum and post to everyone that "The Owner has Issues".
Sounds to me like someone is trying to start stuff.
Well I really don't know what's going on but I think everyone just needs to chill out a little and take it easy. This is just a fantasy league, its meant for fun. A number of people are going to the extremes here, taking things way to seriously and taking the fun out of the league.
Speedy, I don't know what emails you are talking about other that what Greg just mentioned... However all I'm saying is that nobody can just choose to sit out the remaining races and expect to return the following year. We keep 43 teams in the league at all times, and if you miss 3 races in a row, unfortunately I would have to remove you. You don't have to pick drivers each week if you don't want to.... just submit that you aren't trading each week. Although I'm not really sure what that would prove? The only person you'd be hurting would be yourself, and that's not necessary.
SPEED DEMON DONT BE A DUMBASS, BY QUITTING THE LEAGUE THIS YEAR. THAT WONT SHOW ANYONE ANYTHING. THE BEST WAY TO GET EVERYONE'S ATTENTION IS TO WIN THE LEAGUE OR FINISH STRONG, NOT BEING A QUITTER WHEN THINGS GET TOUGH. I agree with Lou, this is a league for fun! None of us make our living doing this. It is what we do when the work day is done, relax and have fun. In my opinion anyone who takes this stuff to seriously needs to really think weather or not they need to be in a fantasy league in the first place. Remember, the key word here is fantasy, not reality.

Thanks Gassy (wow, don't know if that one will float...lol no pun intended) Things have been worked out, I reckon. If not said parties will have to deal with it on their own cause I'm tired of holding hands. Got enough on my plate at this time. Unfortunately seems with my other health issues I now have The Big C as well. I'll deal with it though. Big bubbles..no troubles. Peace

Shawn, we now know its you. Maybe if you gave your wife some attention you won't have to post on a board where your not even a member. I'm sure your buddy has no problem takin care of yet another one of your "short-comings" no pun intended. Clifs still got you on his radar, should have let him loose along time ago. Grow up.
