To any members here that are in the PFL2: This is an email that I sent to all PFL members warning them of the crap that goes on at the league. If you are in PFL2 or are thinking of joining, you may want to resd this:

To all PFL Members:
                                                    My name is Lou Demian and I have been the team owner for the NY Dragons. I have been in the league since it first began in 1999. This year I started the season with a 7-0 record. However, it was all for nothing because I just found out that I was kicked out of the league. For what reason? I have no idea. You will have to ask the Commish. For those of you who read the boards, there was some arguing going on there. I run a NASCAR league which the commish and deputy commish are members of. There was an issue where the deputy commish thought I sent my picks in late, which I did not. The league council all voted for no penalty but the deputy-commish did not like the outcome. He felt he needed to leave the league, which he did. For some reason he brought the fight to the PFL boards. He and another player were constantly thorowing shots out at me, criticixing me, making fun of me and harassing me. I defended myself, throwing some shots back at then until i decided that it was very childish and just eventually deleted my name off the board. All I was going to do was submit my picks each week until the end of the season and then leave.
 

                                               For some reason, that was no good to the Commish. He decided to remove me from the league and did not bother even telling me. I constantly kept asking him why I was being removed and he refused to answer me. I still do not know. I find it very unethical that the operator would just remove someone from the league for no reason at all. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone unless you are a close personal friend or family member of the commish.
 
I may have missed where it says in the rules that a member can be dismissed from defending himself on the boards. The only thing I saw was where a member can be dismissed for forfeitures. i have never missed a game in my career. I even submitted picks this week on Thursday evening. What's strange is that someone else submitted a very bad fake set of picks using my name on Friday morning when I wasn't even online. So we have sabotage going on here too.
 
                                                It is you decision if you wish to remain in a league that is run like a Nazi regime. Unless you're with the "in crowd" you are out. It's very fishy that the team with the best record in the league is just mysteriously removed with no announcement to either the league or the member himself. Now some new team from the PFL2 is brought in to inherit the record. A league that treats its members like this is a total joke. It used to be good awhile back, but its gone downhill a lot. I think you should question the commish why this is happening. I have tried asking him but he ignores me.
 
                                            It's your decision if you wish to remain in a league that doesn't give a damn about its members. Looks like this is the end of the road for me though. Nice to know I went undefeated in my final season.  Feel free to email me if you have any other questions.
